FAQ's

How long does it take for an order to be filled? TOP

All items are handmade,  made-to-order, on a first come-first serve basis by me to ensure they meet your specifications and needs. I don't sacrifice quality for time! If you have any concerns or know you need your item(s) sooner, please e-mail me directly BEFORE you order and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.  Most orders are filled within one (1) week, but it can take up to three (3) weeks for an order to be filled, depending on what the order is, how many orders are ahead of yours and time of year.  I am super busy from August through January, so please allow up to three (3) weeks processing before your item(s) are shipped during that time.  Current processing times are always updated on the home page.

How long does it take for my item to arrive once it's shipped? TOP
I have an APO address and it takes approximately 7 to 9 days for a package to get from me to California using USPS Priority.  If the package is going to the East Coast, I would estimate about 10 to 12 days.

Do you have any guarantees? TOP
I stand behind everything I make 100%!  If you should ever have a problem with anything you purchased from me, please contact me and I will either fix it or replace it with a new item.  This guarantee does not apply to accessories I purchased to offer with the costume sets.
