What little girl doesn't love a rainbow?  What could be better than owning your own rainbow and wearing it whenever you want!?!  This tutu was special from a girl who's Daddy is in Iraq...she wanted him to give her a Rainbow Tutu for Valentine's Day.  Tutus are a little hard to come by in Iraq, but luckily Mommy came to me with the request, which I was more than happy to accommodate!  I loved it so much, I have decided to offer it as a regular design.  Enjoy!
