Inspired by my "Happy Birthday" ribbon, I designed a fun and festive tutu for the birthday girl to wear, although many girls love to wear this color combination year round!  It's made with purple, fuchsia, apple and turquoise tulle and accented with satin streamers in the same colors.  This tutu is amazing to see in person!
