Every little girl dreams of being a mermaid, and now their dreams can come true!  This tutu costume includes an "Under the Sea" themed tutu with a removable barrette that is covered in Okinawan sea shells at the waist, a foam shell bra and a large turquoise tropical bling flower for her hair.  A longer tutu is recommended for this costume to help achieve the true mermaid look.

The bra included in this costume is made from foam and is a little on the delicate side.  It is very soft and comfortable to wear, but if tied too tight, the ribbon has a tendency to pull through the holes on the shells.
