One of my favorite costumes to date, this dress is absolutely stunning - a guaranteed show stopper! Made with yards and yards of blue, green, turquoise, purple and black tulle, accented with turquoise satin ribbon and turquoise marabou feathers along the chest. This dress also includes 2 removable tulle rosette and peacock feather accent clips - one for the dress and one for your princess' hair. Add a coordinating mask and/or wings to make this costume extra special.

To measure for this dress: measure around the chest just under the armpits, please do not add anything to this measurement, otherwise the dress will not fit! If the measurement is between two numbers, please round down! For length, measure from the armpits (where you took the chest measurement from) to the length you want the tutu dress to be, if between two numbers, please round down. Remember not to make the dress too long, as you daughter could trip over it. Do not measure over clothing as this will make the tutu too big.
