Inspired by Alice in Wonderland, this is a cute and simple costume that your little girl is sure to enjoy! This dress is made with yards and yards of blue tulle, accented with a white "apron" tulle front and a white bling gerber daisy for a touch of sparkle. Also included with dress is a black 1/2 inch satin wrapped headband with an attached double black satin bow.

To measure for this dress: measure around the chest just under the armpits, please do not add anything to this measurement, otherwise the dress will not fit! If the measurement is between two numbers, please round down! For length, measure from the armpits (where you took the chest measurement from) to the length you want the tutu dress to be, if between two numbers, please round down. Remember not to make the dress too long, as you daughter could trip over it. Do not measure over clothing as this will make the tutu too big.

Model pictured is 5 years old and is wearing a dress that measures 22 inches long. This is not an actual Empire Tutu Dress - it simply comes with a separate ribbon that is tied around your child's waist to create the empire look.
