Your princess will be the center of attention in this Cinderella inspired dress. It is made with yards and yards of light blue tulle, wrapped with light blue satin ribbon, accented sleeves and includes three removable light blue bling roses. It even has a black halter tie to resemble Cinderella's choker necklace she wore the night of the ball.   Also included is a light blue 1 inch satin wrapped headband.

To measure for this dress: measure around the chest just under the armpits, please do not add anything to this measurement, otherwise the dress will not fit! If the measurement is between two numbers, please round down! For length, measure from the armpits (where you took the chest measurement from) to the length you want the tutu dress to be, if between two numbers, please round down. Remember not to make the dress too long, as you daughter could trip over it. Do not measure over clothing as this will make the tutu too big.

Model pictured is five years old and is wearing a dress that is 30 inches long. This is not an actual Empire Tutu Dress - it simply comes with a separate ribbon that is tied around your child's waist to create the empire look.
