Perfect for a special Disneyland trip, Halloween, parties or just dressing up, this outfit is perfect for anything and everything! This dress is made with yards and yards of soft red tulle with hand-sewn white pom-poms scattered throughout. It is wrapped with black satin ribbon and accented with a red and white polka dot bling bow at the chest. Also included is a matching set of felt Minnie Mouse ears which include another polka dot bling bow and a set of white marabou trimmed gloves (not pictured).  You can also purchase an extra sash of ribbon to tie around your little mouse to create an empire look, as pictured in the bottom picture.

To measure for this dress: measure around the chest just under the armpits, please do not add anything to this measurement, otherwise the dress will not fit! If the measurement is between two numbers, please round down! For length, measure from the armpits (where you took the chest measurement from) to the length you want the tutu dress to be, if between two numbers, please round down. Remember not to make the dress too long, as you daughter could trip over it. Do not measure over clothing as this will make the tutu too big.

Model pictured is five years old and is wearing a dress that is 22 inches long. This is not an actual Empire Tutu Dress - it simply comes with a separate ribbon that is tied around your child's waist to create the empire look.
