This is a great Halloween accessory for the older girl who doesn't want to wear a bow, but still wants to show her Halloween spirit.  It is made with 7/8 inch grosgrain black cat and leaf ribbon with 3/8 inch white and black swiss and polka dot ribbon and solid black and orange grosgrain ribbons, attached to a black pony-o.  All ends have been professionally heat sealed to prevent fraying and keep your streamer looking new.
