This is a great Halloween costume, no accessories needed. It even comes with a small pumpkin clippie for your pumpkin's hair. This dress is made with yards and yards of fluffy orange tulle and also has green tulle "leaves" all around the top and a satin green halter. This is a seasonal tutu, so get one while you can!

 
To measure for the tutu dress: measure around the chest just under the armpits, please do not add anything to this measurement, otherwise the dress will not fit! If the measurement is between two numbers, please round down! For length, measure from the armpits (where you took the chest measurement from) to the length you want the tutu dress to be, if between two numbers, please round down. Remember not to make the dress too long, as you daughter could trip over it. Do not measure over clothing as this will make the tutu too big.
