Inspired by my "Happy Birthday" ribbon, I designed a fun and festive tutu for the birthday girl to wear, although many girls love to wear this color combination year round! It's made with purple, fuchsia, apple and turquoise tulle and accented with your choice of satin waist. This tutu is amazing in person!
