To measure for these tutus: measure around the chest just under the armpits, please do not add anything to this measurement, otherwise the dress will not fit! If the measurement is between two numbers, please round down! For length, measure from the armpits (where you took the chest measurement from) to the length you want the tutu dress to be, if between two numbers, please round down. Remember not to make the dress too long, as you daughter could trip over it. Do not measure over clothing as this will make the tutu too big.

Flower may differ from picture but will be the same or better quality.  The tutu dress may also be purchased separately.
