~CPSIA Compliance~
All products sold by Designs By Cambria comply with all CPSIA laws. The safety of your children, as well as my own, if of the utmost importance to me. My products have been tested for lead and have come back negative. All new products added to my website will have undergone all necessary testing prior to being made available for purchase. At any time, you may request the certifications showing the item(s) you have ordered have been testes and comply with CPSIA standards.
~Order Policy~
All items are handmade, made-to-order, on a first come-first serve
basis by me to ensure they meet your specifications and needs. All orders are completed in my smoke-free, pet-free workshop. I don't
sacrifice quality for time! If you have any concerns or know you need
your item(s) sooner, please e-mail me directly BEFORE you order and I
will let you know if I can accommodate your request. Most orders are
filled within one (1) week, but it can take up to three (3) weeks for
an order to be filled, depending on what the order is, how many orders
are ahead of yours and time of year. I am super busy from August
through January, so please allow up to three weeks processing before
your item(s) are shipped during that time.
~Local Custom Order Policy~
All local custom orders require at least a 50% deposit before work can begin. Once your order is complete, you will have 4 days to pick-up your order before your deposit is forfeited and your items are sold.
~Return Policy~
My goal is to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. You will have 30 days from the time your item(s) are shipped to contact me with any issues and/or concerns.
~Cancellation Policy~
Once an order has been placed, it can only be canceled if it has not been started, usually within the first 24 hours.
~Conditions of Use~
Never leave a young child unattended while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. Our products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Designs By Cambria accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.
~Privacy Policy~
Your Privacy is very important to us!
Designs By Cambria respects our customers privacy. The information you provide us will be used solely by only us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, display, or sell any part of your information you entrust in us, to third parties.
