When placing an order for a tutu, you need to order a tutu that is 2 inches to 3 inches smaller than the actual waist measurement. All my tutus are made with non-roll elastic waistbands and you want them to stretch a little bit to fit, otherwise they will sag and possibly fall off if they are too big. For example, if your daughter's waist measures 20 inches, then you want to order the Medium Waistband since it only measures 18 inches. Below are the exact measurements of my waistbands so you have an idea of what size to order. REMEMBER to order down a size than the actual measurement.

Tutu Care Instructions
Remove all flowers from the waist of the tutu. If your tutu has embellishments, such as pom-poms, rhinestones, etc., it is best to hand wash your tutu. If your tutu does not have any embellishments, then you can machine wash it using the gentle cycle, but hand washing is still preferred.
ALWAYS air dry your tutu.
To remove wrinkles and refluff your tutu, simply hang in steam (such as in the shower or bath tub) and finger comb. You can also use steam from an iron, taking care not to touch the iron to the tulle, and finger comb the tulle to remove wrinkles and bring back the fluffiness in your tutu.
